We want you to love your Coastal Charm experience from the moment you order to the moment it arrives—your satisfaction is always at the heart of what we do.

 

Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $200 (before tax) within Canada.

Shipping rates are thoughtfully structured based on location to ensure fair and reliable delivery across Canada:

• Western Canada:   $10
• Central Canada:     $20
• Atlantic Canada:    $30
• Northern Canada:  $30

Each order is carefully hand-packed with intention and ships within 1–2 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way to you.

Note:  At this time, Coastal Charm ships within Canada only. We look forward to expanding in the future.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Coastal Charm, every product is hand-poured in small batches with care. Because of the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are limited.

 

- If you are unsatisfied with your order, an exchange or return may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unlit, and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

- If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product. We will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible.
