SHIPPING

We want you to love your Coastal Charm purchase,
and your satisfaction is very important to us.

- We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 on all orders and complimentary shipping on orders over $150 (before tax) within Canada.

- Orders are hand-packed with care and typically ships within 1-2 business days.

- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. 

Note:  At this time, Coastal Charm ships within Canada only. We hope to expand in the future!

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Coastal Charm, every product is hand-poured in small batches with care. Because of the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are limited.

- If you are unsatisfied with your order, an exchange or return may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unlit, and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

- If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product. We will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible.
